Dr. Vivek Arunachalam is the Managing Director of German Indian Trade Advisory (GITA), leading strategic initiatives that connect businesses, technology, and investment between India and Europe. He advises organizations on market entry, cross-border partnerships, investment strategy, and long-term business expansion, with a strong focus on technology-driven and engineering-led industries. His experience spans executive consulting, academic leadership, and international policy engagement. Dr. Vivek Arunachalam holds a Ph.D. in Business Management, along with advanced degrees in international business, international relations, and mechanical engineering. He serves as visiting faculty at leading European institutions and contributes to global forums on trade, innovation, and sustainable growth. His work integrates strategic insight with cultural and operational understanding.

Andy Zurwehme

Disruptive Technologies Advisor

Andy Zurwehme is a seasoned entrepreneur, advisor, and network builder with decades of international experience across mobility, manufacturing, and disruptive technologies. His career spans leadership roles in Europe, the United States, and Asia, encompassing venture creation, technology commercialization, and strategic market development. He has been actively involved in electromobility since 2009 and is the founder of pioneering mobility ventures focused on innovation and sustainable transportation. Beyond entrepreneurship, Andy serves as a trusted connector across investment, industry, and technology ecosystems, advising on emerging business models and future-oriented strategies. At GITA, he supports clients with strategic foresight, global market perspectives, and access to high-value international networks across mobility, advanced technologies, and engineering-driven industries

Asena Severoglu

Associate Consultant – Strategy & Business Development

Asena Severoglu is an Associate Consultant at GITA, supporting strategy and business development engagements across Indo–European contexts. She holds an MSc in Business Management from Germany and brings a strong foundation in international business, market research, and client-facing roles. Her work focuses on structured analysis, insight generation, and translating complex strategic challenges into clear, actionable recommendations. With experience across multiple international markets, she supports projects involving market assessment, opportunity evaluation, and cross-border coordination. Asena is known for her clarity of thought, analytical rigor, and ability to adapt quickly in dynamic, multicultural business environments. At GITA, she contributes to delivering practical, results-oriented solutions that align strategic intent with on-ground execution realities.

Pranav Jagtap

Associate Consultant – Strategy & Business Development

Pranav Jagtap is an Associate Consultant at GITA with expertise in industrial engineering, quality systems, and cross-border project coordination. He holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and International Management from Hochschule Fresenius, Berlin, and has hands-on experience across both German and Indian industrial environments. His background spans manufacturing operations, production processes, quality management, and new product development support. Pranav brings a structured, methodical approach to problem-solving and is effective in bridging technical and business perspectives. At GITA, he supports Indo–German collaborations by enabling operational clarity, execution discipline, and alignment between engineering, quality, and strategic objectives, contributing to reliable and scalable partnership outcomes.
